Where is the Nite Lites light show located?
At Michigan International Speedway, 12626 US-12, Brooklyn, MI — the same speedway that hosts the NASCAR race. The Halloween show enters off M-50; the Christmas show enters off US-12 at Gate 8.
How long is the drive-thru light show?
The Christmas route is about 6.5 miles long. The Halloween route is about 2 miles.
How much does admission cost?
Drive-thru admission is charged per vehicle, not per person: $30 per carload for Halloween and $37 per carload for Christmas. Limos, motorhomes and minibuses are $50; tour buses are $100. A credit card processing fee applies. Train rides are ticketed per seat.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
No — you can pay at the ticket booth on the day. Buying online skips the line at the booth.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards and Apple Pay.
What are the dates and hours?
Halloween: October 1–23 Thursday–Sunday and October 25–31 every night, 8:00–10:00 PM (October 24 is the Fun Walk — no cars). Christmas: November 26 through January 3, Sunday–Thursday 5:30–9:00 PM and Friday–Saturday 5:30–10:00 PM. The train runs Thursday–Sunday in both seasons.
Is the show open during bad weather?
Yes — the show stays open in rain or snow. It is also open on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Where do I enter the show?
Halloween drive-thru: enter off M-50. Halloween Fun Walk (October 24): Brooklyn Rd entrance at Gate 2. Christmas: enter off US-12 at Gate 8, which leads to the ticket booth and the train ride area.
Is admission charged per person?
For the drive-thru, admission is per carload regardless of how many people are in the vehicle. For the train, every rider needs their own seat ticket.
Are train rides available?
Yes — Thursday through Sunday in both seasons. Gate 8 leads to the train area; the train is open-air and not heated, so dress warm. Seats are limited and sold per rider.
